Cancellation Policy

Paid orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch or collection preparation. Reply to your confirmation email or message the team on WhatsApp with your order reference.

Pay-on-collection reservations can simply be left to lapse, though a quick message helps us release the stock sooner for other customers.

We may cancel where stock is lost to weather or crop conditions, where a delivery quote is declined, or where a reservation expires. Any amount paid is refunded in full and you will always be notified.
