Emeralds Point Limited is an integrated agribusiness holding company incorporated in the Federal Republic of Nigeria (RC 8799976), headquartered in Odeda, Ogun State. Our group operates Bush Boys Farm (commercial production), Clay Hut Collective (resort & hospitality), Afrohemian Mason (design & construction), Isinmi Residences (agro-residential), and Emeralds Point BSD (business support & development).
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You will not attempt to interfere with the Services, copy or scrape proprietary content, misuse forms or contact endpoints, or impersonate any person or entity.
Any submission of interest — for stays, reservations, B2B/export trade, partnership, or investment — is an expression of interest only and does not constitute a binding contract. Definitive agreements will be entered into separately, subject to due diligence, KYC/AML checks, regulatory clearance, and counsel review.
