Collection Policy

Available collection points, their addresses and opening hours are shown at checkout. Bring your order reference (for example EP-PH-000123) — the team will look it up on arrival.

For pay-on-collection orders you can settle by card/POS, bank transfer or cash when you arrive.

Unpaid reserved orders are held for the period stated on your confirmation (typically 72 hours). If you need longer, reply to your confirmation email or message us on WhatsApp — we are flexible when we know you're coming.

Reserved orders that pass the holding period without contact are released and cancelled automatically, and you will be notified by email.
