Returns & Refund Policy

Unopened shelf-stable items (seed packets, oils, spices, honey, atelier goods) may be returned within 7 days of collection or delivery in their original condition for a refund or exchange.

Fresh produce, live plants, sprouted seedlings and ornamentals are perishable and non-returnable once collected or delivered. Please inspect them at handover — if anything is not right at that moment, we will replace or refund it immediately.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Card and transfer refunds are processed through our payment provider and typically arrive within 5–10 working days.

Where an order is cancelled before dispatch or collection, the full amount including any delivery fee is refunded.
