The terms that apply to payments made to Emeralds Point Limited through this website and at collection.
Online payments are processed in Nigerian Naira (₦) by our licensed payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
An order is confirmed only when the payment provider confirms the transaction to us server-side. Prices and delivery fees are computed by our systems at checkout and re-verified before any order is marked paid.
Estate-collection orders may be paid by card/POS, bank transfer or cash at the collection point. The order remains reserved and unpaid until our team records your payment.
A receipt is emailed for every successful payment and is printable from your confirmation page. For any payment query, contact contact@emeraldspoint.com with your order reference within 30 days.
