Live Plant & Perishable Goods Policy

Every seedling and plant leaves the nursery healthy, hardened-off where relevant, and true to its label. Sprouted palms carry their source documentation.

If a plant arrives damaged or a produce item is below standard, tell us at handover — or within 24 hours with photos — and we will replace or refund it.

Once collected or delivered, survival depends on planting conditions, watering and care that are outside our control, so live goods cannot be returned after acceptance. Growing notes are published on each product page and our team is available on WhatsApp for planting advice.
