This is the deep, one-on-one version of farm setup guidance. Before the session we review your intake details — location, land size, water situation, budget and intended enterprise — so the full 90 minutes is spent on decisions, not introductions. Together we map your setup phases, flag risks specific to your site and agree a costed sequence of actions. Within five working days you receive a written plan you can act on and share with partners or investors.

Before you book

·Complete the short intake form at booking so the session starts with your real numbers.
·Have your land details to hand (size, location, photos or survey if available).
·A stable internet connection and a device with audio.

Not included

·Implementation, supervision or procurement of materials and labour.
·On-site visits (available separately through the Farm Site Assessment).
·Laboratory analysis fees — these are paid directly to the laboratory or quoted separately.

— Booking Information

· All training and consultation sessions are delivered live online by video call unless stated otherwise. The Farm Site Assessment is an on-site advisory visit arranged by quotation.
· Book and pay securely online. Your session date and time are allocated after payment — we confirm the details by email, normally within 2 working days.
· Joining links and any preparation notes are emailed before your session.
· Prices are in Nigerian Naira. Card, bank transfer and USSD payments are processed securely by Paystack. The full price is shown before you pay — there are no undisclosed charges.
· Rescheduling: each booking includes one free date change with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.
· If Emeralds Point has to cancel a session, you choose between an alternative date or a full refund.
· Where a written summary or report is included, it is delivered within 5 working days after your session.
· Certificates of Attendance (on eligible training programmes) are issued only after verified attendance.
