Wholesale Terms

Wholesale minimum quantities and unit pricing, where published, appear on product pages. Bulk orders are confirmed by pro-forma invoice and payment terms agreed in writing before release.

Volume seedling and input orders move by freight or haulage quoted per order. Quotations remain valid for 14 days.

Title passes on payment in full. Claims on quantity or condition must be raised at handover for perishables, or within 48 hours for other goods.

Future wholesale credit accounts will carry their own written terms; nothing on this website creates a credit facility.
